Database Processing

Whether your mailing list resides as a label layout in word, or a flat file, 1st Class Sorting can format it into a usable database. 1CS will remove any duplicate addresses found in your database as well as correct inverted names and separate information into fields.

National Change of Address Integration (NCOA)

To make sure your mailing reaches its final destination, 1st Class Sorting will cross-reference and update the addresses in your mailing list for those recipients who have recently changed their address.

Mail Tracking Services

1st Class Sorting can code your mailing so that you know when your mailing is delivered. For undeliverable mail, we can code it so that instead of paying for returned hard copies, a mail update can be received electronically.
